Add HCatalog (Hive) example using HadoopInputFormatIO

Support for reading and writing from Hive's catalog HCatalog. HCatalogIO will allow access to the Hive records so they can be processed with Beam.

This can be done by using HadoopInputFormatIO so maybe it is a good idea to add
this to the current HIFIO examples.
